Navigating the complexities of the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) can be complex, especially when dealing with OSHA Regulatory Requirements. What do you do if an Employee is released on light-duty or modified duty work?  Do you need to accommodate those restrictions? What happens if this is an off-the-job injury? I’ve served in leadership roles with the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) as Area Director for Mississippi and Alabama and currently serve as an Officer for the Mississippi Chapter. Additionally, I was honored to serve as Director at Large on OSHA’s VPPPA Region IV Board.
My passion lies in empowering organizations to align EHS best practices with strategic HR initiatives — creating safer, stronger workplaces that foster long-term success.
